Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 September 2026
ANT Solutions is a contract, work-order and quality-inspection platform for professional cleaning companies. It consists of a web application (frontend.antsolutions.dev) and the ANT Solutions app for iOS. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use them, why we do so, and what your rights are.
ANT Solutions is a business-to-business product. There is no public sign-up: you use the platform because your employer, or a company you work with, has given you an account.
1. Who is responsible
The platform is operated by:
- [ANT Solutions B.V.]
- Poolzeestraat 7, 8226 DA Lelystad, the Netherlands
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK): [number]
- Email: [[email protected]]
Two roles apply:
- Your organisation is the controller for the operational data it enters and manages in the platform: buildings, rooms, contracts, inspections, photos, contact persons and the accounts of its own staff. We process that data on its behalf as a processor, under a data processing agreement. For questions about that data, contact your organisation first.
- We are the controller for the data needed to run, secure and support the platform itself: your account, sign-in and technical logs, support requests and the support assistant.
2. What data we process
Account data. Name, email address, password (stored as a hash), role, organisation, language preference and the date you last signed in.
Inspection data. When you carry out a quality inspection: which rooms were inspected, the findings, scores, notes and photos you record, the date and time, and your name as the inspector. At the end of an inspection the app can capture the signature of the inspector and of the client's representative.
Contact persons. Name, job title, email address and phone number of contact persons at the customer's clients, used to send inspection reports and confirmation requests.
Space data. Floor plans, room dimensions and surface areas, including LiDAR scans made with the mobile app. Scans contain room geometry only; camera images are processed on the device and are not stored.
Supplier and tender data. If you register as a supplier to respond to a tender: your name, email address, company and the bid you submit.
Technical data. IP address, browser or device type, operating system and app version, timestamps of requests and error logs. We use these only to keep the platform running and secure. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Providing the platform to your organisation (accounts, inspections, contracts, reports) | Performance of the contract with your organisation; our legitimate interest in providing the service to its users |
| Sending transactional email (invitations, password resets, inspection reports, confirmations) | Performance of the contract / legitimate interest |
| Security, abuse prevention, logging and backups | Legitimate interest |
| Support and the support assistant | Legitimate interest in supporting users |
| Meeting legal retention and accounting obligations | Legal obligation |
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.
4. Mobile app permissions and local storage
The iOS app asks for:
- Camera – to scan rooms with LiDAR and to take inspection photos.
- Photo library – only to save floor plans you choose to export.
- Bluetooth – to connect a laser distance meter for measurements.
The app does not use location tracking, advertising identifiers or third-party analytics. It stores your session tokens, language preference and a cache of recently used data on the device so you can keep working with a poor connection. Signing out or deleting the app removes them.
The web application uses only functional cookies: your session, the selected organisation and your language. There are no tracking cookies.
5. Who we share data with
We only share data with parties that help us run the platform, under agreements that bind them to confidentiality and to processing on our instructions:
- Hosting – [hosting provider], data centre in [country, EU]. All application data, files and backups are stored there.
- SixtyNine Digital – development, operation and maintenance of the platform, and delivery of transactional email.
- Apple – distribution of the mobile app via the App Store and TestFlight; Apple's own privacy policy applies. Expo – delivery of app updates; the update check contains the app version and platform, no personal data.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Beyond this, we disclose data only when the law requires it.
6. How long we keep data
- Accounts: for as long as the account is active. Deactivated accounts are deleted or anonymised within 12 months, unless records must be kept longer (see below).
- Inspections, reports, contracts and related records: for the duration of the service contract they belong to and up to 7 years afterwards, in line with your organisation's retention obligations. Your organisation can ask us to delete data earlier.
- Technical logs: at most 90 days.
- Support assistant conversations: stored with your account so you can revisit them, and deleted together with your account.
7. Security
Connections are encrypted (TLS), passwords are stored hashed, access is role-based and limited to your own organisation, and data is backed up regularly. Access by our staff is limited to what is needed for support and maintenance.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Because your organisation is the controller for most of the data, please contact your organisation's administrator first; we will support them in handling your request. For data we control, email us at [[email protected]]. We respond within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
9. Children
The platform is intended for professional use and not for anyone under 16.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the platform or the law changes. The current version is always available at frontend.antsolutions.dev/privacy. Significant changes are announced in the application.
